Martial Arts and Fitness have always been an intricate part of my identity. Both have enhanced my life in many ways, and played major roles in my transition from a chubby overeating little kid to a solid high school athlete, accomplished martial artist, and professional fighter.
As my understanding of health and wellness has grown, and as my body has aged and matured, I have worked very hard on bringing together many of the beneficial aspects of fitness as well as martial arts. Through incorporating concepts from Original Strength, here at EDGE we have not only been able to help our clients gain more stability and increase their strength but also gain a greater understanding of how to instinctively move correctly. This greatly decreases the likely hood of injury.
